TriPartum are probably best known to National Leasehold Group members for the work we do in relation to improving rent and service charge communications.

 

Founded in 2009 we created a business with the simple idea of helping organisations deliver highly personalised documents to channel of choice, securely and at scale. We draw on expertise from decades of customer experience design and software development and have been at the forefront of using Customer Communications Management technologies to deliver timely and relevant communications with measurable business outcomes.

 

Our approach is to look at the broader landscape of existing processes to create easily understood, engaging and cost-effective customer communications, with solutions woven together from a deep understanding of data rich environments, technical knowledge, creative and print related services.

 

With clients ranging from financial and business services organisations, telecoms, and insurance companies it’s our work for many UK Housing Associations that led to TriPartum being acquired in 2021 by Integrity Communications Group – a print and communications business, supporting clients in the UK and worldwide with innovative, technology-driven solutions.

People

Ben Whitmore
Managing Director

Ben has spent some 35 years’ delivering design and process solutions for organisations seeking to make things easier for their audience to understand by orientating, managing and delivering effective data driven customer facing service communications.

 

Initially working in the print sector and then two leading brand agencies, he was one of a few early adopters to see the potential of Customer Communications Management technologies to put data driven communications at the heart of the customer relationship.

 

Prior to being a founding partner of TriPartum he cofounded the specialist information design practice Information Engineers who were primarily focused on documents such as statements, schedules, bills, letters and forms for a wide variety of clients in the financial services, banking, telecom, utility, insurance, publishing and retail sectors.

Mike Prager
Technical Director

Mike has been in IT for over 30 years, specialising in enterprise business solutions built on the Microsoft Server Platform. He spent his early career designing and implementing networks for merchant banks but switched to software development and ran a successful e-commerce team during the Dot-Com era and after. Post to this, Mike specialised in Enterprise Integration and worked on projects for Jersey Post, Tesco and Asda (George)

 

Before forming TriPartum, he built a Customer Communications Management platform which is still used to this day as part of the TriPartum Managed solution suite. With a growing team of developers at TriPartum, Mike is happiest solving business problems through technology in an open and inclusive approach.

Elliot Shand
Operations and Development Manager

Elliot joined TriPartum after leaving university with a degree in Business Administration in 2011. With initial exposure to project management, requirements gathering, design and organising content for implementation, Elliot then became part of the technical team having demonstrated a natural ability to weave together the many aspects of creating documents from often complex data requirements.

 

He has worked with numerous clients and is involved in the whole process, from initial onboarding, day-to-day client liaison, through to technical implementation and delivery.

 

As Operations and Development Manager at TriPartum he is a key part of the team, ensuring that clients are in safe hands while delivering a quality and efficient service.
